Friday, June 13th – Stories of Home: Refugee Stories in Dance, Music and Word

The Wasafiri Voices from Kenya, a member of The Silk Road Dance Company, musician Ghazi Kurdistani, and other special guests will perform (and share) refugee stories at the Village Learning Place in Charles Village.

Sunday, June 15th – People Under the Stairs w/ OG Dutch Master, Eze Jackson and Rapdragons

People Under the Stairs are a hip hop duo from Los Angeles but I’m recommending this bill for local Eze Jackson. He recently dropped a killer track sampling Dan Deacon’s “True Thrush.”
