Inception at Schulman Project, a new fine art gallery in Hampden
Artists: Selena Beaudry, Barbara Campbell Thomas, Sam Chung, Linda Cordell, Chad Curtis, David S. East, Amanda Salov, Julie York and Steven Young Lee.
The exhibition offers a prelude to the artistic focus for Schulman Project by representing a group of artists whose work and studio practices reflect the core mission of the gallery. Each artist has a unique relationship with craft and art. Some consciously ensconce themselves in the rich history and traditions of craft, while others reference and address it indirectly, and perhaps, without intention.

The second exhibit, a solo exhibit by Selena Beaudry titled Color and Line opens Friday, October 11 from 6-9 pm. The exhibit runs October 11 – November 17, 2013.
