Constellations explores the intersections between celebrity culture, mass media, mysticism, and ancientarchetypes. Constellations consists of hand-made and digital collages, as well as interactive projections that encourage participants to play with existing archetypes to create their own. Joseph Faura is a visual artist whose work includes a variety of media, from two-dimensional collage, to time-based animation, participatory art, and installation. He is interested in how our modern worship of celebrity, youth and beauty is mythologized and ritualized.
