This Sat nite May 8 is the kickoff of Creative Alliance’s Urban/Appalachia series!
Street artists Chris Stain (Highlandtown born ‘n’ raised, now in NYC) and Leon Reid IV are filling the big gallery with a 2000 sf mural inspired by the Appalachian migration and a giant statue of railroad legend John Henry made of found materials, titled ‘Ain’t Goin’ Home.’
Opens 7-9pm with free Natty Boh, food, etc.
