Marquee Ball 2010! MOULIN ROUGE!
Sat April 24 from 9pm to 1am

Inspired by Moulin Rouge’s gaudy visions of left bank Paris circa 1880, where sailors and scions slummed with artists, intellectuals and scantily clad dancing girls. Hey, sounds like The Patterson! Burlesque, absinthe lounge, fabulous honorees: BMA Director Doreen Bolger and filmmaker Catherine Pancake. Dance feverishly to the Swingin’ Swamis with singer Felicia Carter. Ooh La La Art Auction offers works by many of Baltimore’s best including Raoul Middleman, Joyce J. Scott, Timothy App, Cara Ober. Dress sinfully in your finest bohemian chic, sultry cabaret, or red hot Francais! Tix $35; $30 advance for CA members; $40 at the door.
