41 Miles North bridges the distance between two cities. Washington, DC is the heart of US politics and red tape with little industrial history. Baltimore has a crumbling infrastructure with industrial spaces transforming into hubs of culture. Two beltways with very different “insides,” the title speaks of the distance from The White House to Area 405.
