Thursday, June 18th – Big Thief / Black Sage /Natural Velvet / Pellars
Church & Company, 3647 Falls Rd. at 8:00 PM – $5
Church & Company is a relatively new venue in Hampden on Falls Road. I’ve been once and it’s quite a pleasant concert experience, usually complete with candles and great vibes. Come out Thursday night for two of Baltimore’s best: punk rockers Natural Velvet and the synth pop duo, Blacksage.

The $5 donation sure goes to a good cause: to help support Tess and Scott Collins as Tess continues her battle with cancer. Come out on Saturday and celebrate the weekend with some punk rock karaoke.

Saturday, June 20th – World Refugee Day Street Festival
Creative Alliance, 400 block of Conkling St. at 12-3 PM – FREE
This annual international family showcase, celebrates Baltimore as a home to talented refugees and immigrants of all ages with dance, music and art activities as well as food, hand-made jewelry and crafts for sale.
