Libbyfest is a fund raiser for City Ranch, Inc. City Ranch is a not for profit organization whose mission is to give urban children lifelong memories on the backs of horses while providing accessible and affordable horseback riding to the Greater Baltimore Community.
Anyone who has interacted with horses knows the strong impact horses can and do have on our lives. Please join us in raising awareness and funds to keep City Ranch trotting along!

Dress: Best English or Western attire and boots of course
Tickets are just $30.00 per person and children under 12 are FREE! – all proceeds go to City Ranch, Inc.
Refreshments include Soda, Wine, Beer, Snacks- and Hay for the horses, of course!
Silent Auction includes artwork and Have your picture taken on a horse.
